Emergency Lighting and Exit Signs


Emergency lights and exit signs provide lighting in corridors, stairwells, ramps, escalators, aisles, and exit passageways during power outages. If your emergency lights fail to operate properly, the building occupants can become disoriented.


Routine maintenance of emergency lights and emergency lighting is frequently overlooked until and emergency occurs and then it’s too late. Regular maintenance is required by NFPA Standard No. 101, chapter 31, section 1.3.7.


Our Factory trained Technicians Perform Testing and Maintenance on emergency lights and exit signs, and provides you with the written records required by law. A full discharge of each unit must be performed annually.

What we do:

Perform 90 Minute full function test 
Check battery and lens for sulfate 
 
Clean each emergency light and lens as required
Adjust beam for proper alignment
Place Testing Label on the emergency light and Record in Testing Log

Check line voltage to remote fixture
